Sustainable value, by design.

Long-term ownership and sustainability are the same idea seen from different angles. A business that depletes its resources, its people or its reputation cannot compound value across decades.

We ask every business in the group to consider how it serves its customers, uses its resources and adapts to changing markets. Environmental and social responsibility are treated as operating disciplines, not communications exercises.

Across sectors such as energy, real estate and industrial production, we support the transition to more efficient and less wasteful ways of working, because efficiency and durability reinforce each other.

Sustainability at LMHE is overseen at group level and executed inside each Maison. We set expectations, measure progress and hold management teams accountable for the long-term health of their businesses.

Relevant questions vary by sector and can include energy use, asset maintenance, resource efficiency, workplace safety and supply-chain resilience. This page explains our approach rather than presenting a quantified sustainability report; it does not publish audited results or group-wide environmental targets.
